CPQLTD Licence Application: A Step-by-Step Checklist

Organise your application into four bundles so you can see what to complete and what awaits review:

1. Identity and pathway: choose the level and specialty, then confirm your academic record in the training platform.
2. Consents and documents: sign the required CPQLTD agreements and upload qualifications, evidence and professional insurance if required.
3. Practice record: document approved hours, supervision from an eligible supervisor and required practical assessments. Do not enter GPA manually; it is transferred from the academic record.
4. Ethics and review: pass the ethics assessment at the threshold shown in the authorised account and complete CPQLTD core units. Once requirements are complete, the fee invoice opens and the file is referred to the Licence Board.

The system identifies the next missing item. Address that item rather than resubmitting the whole file. Pay only when the system opens an invoice. The Board decision is independent and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
