1 The existing executive structure
Governance is built on the executive structure documented in the CPQLTD corporate file (Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and the training, business-development, marketing and support departments), and adds professional committees that separate technical decisions from day-to-day operations.
2 Committees
Standards & Ethics Committee: standards, ethics and amendments.
Credentialing & Assessment Committee: credentialing policy, assessors and exceptions.
Education Quality Committee: CPQLTD programmes and education providers.
Research & Knowledge Committee: research methodology, glossary and reference content.
Appeals Committee: appeals independent of the original decision.
3 Conflicts and recusal
Members provide annual and case-specific disclosures. Conflicts include ownership, financial or family relationships, direct training/supervision relationships, or material disputes. Where a material conflict exists, the member recuses from the deliberation and the final vote.
