3 The principle of separating education from credentialing
Completing a diploma or programme evidences an educational achievement only. The CPQLTD-T professional credential is an independent decision requiring evidence of practice, supervision, performance assessment and an ethical commitment. Graduates are not automatically reclassified on the basis of the diploma alone.
