1 Two separate registers
Existing verification of programme/diploma certificates continues. A separate CPQLTD-T register is added. An educational certificate number does not create a professional credential record unless a credentialing decision is issued.
2 Public fields
Credential number.
The name approved for public display.
CPQLTD-T tier.
Status.
Date of award.
Expiry/renewal date.
Approved specialism badges.
A verification timestamp.
Client-hour details, client identities and assessment files are not available.
3 Definition of statuses
Active: currently valid. Due for renewal: within the renewal window. Expired: validity has ended. Suspended: temporarily halted. Withdrawn: the credential is withdrawn by a final decision. Neither the register nor the badge discloses the reasons for a sanction unless the publication policy permits.
4 Use of the credential mark
Tier marks may be used only whilst the status is “active” and in the approved form. They must be removed or updated after expiry, suspension or withdrawal, and may not be combined with “equivalent to” or “recognised by” claims without separate documented evidence.
